Ten Group are a truly global company, providing tailored concierge services for millions of discerning customers of some of the world’s most prestigious financial institutions.
Their members already have access to lifestyle managers 24/7 who can assist them with travel, dining and entertainment requests by telephone, SMS and email. Ten saw the need for an online service that would enhance the offering to their members and to help them expand their business into new areas.
In 2014 Ten asked us to work with them on their digital strategy, helping with product selection and design. We assisted them in selecting a travel tech provider who could deliver the components they needed for this challenging part of the project.
Isotoma were then selected to develop, deploy and support the portal system itself, providing the shop window for Ten’s customers and allowing members to transact online for these complex services.
It was vital that the service integrated with Ten’s existing back-end systems, some of which they have developed themselves to service their very specific market and some that are more general.
It was also critical for the system to provide a straightforward, reliable process to rollout new sites for their banking customers with attractive and appropriate branding. Finally it must deliver a beautiful, accessible experience on all devices in member’s local languages.
The service was designed to be cloud-native, using all of the facilities of Amazon Web Services to provide global scale, and we are assisting Ten with the management and 24/7 support of systems deployed currently in Europe and the USA.
New customers are joining the platform all the time and it continues to be developed and deliver very successfully to its original aims.
Isotoma worked with Play to build an architectural solution which enables the Evermix web app to store and stream audio files, provide a secure login section for members, integrate with social media and sharing as well as allowing music fans to tag themselves attending concerts.
