Welcome, Victoria

We’re glad to introduce Victoria Henhoeffer, who has joined us in York as our Operations Co-ordinator.

Victoria arrives with the kind of background we like: varied, and hard to sum up in a line. She has done market research on satellite development and ghost-written autobiographies, and the work she enjoys most is fast-moving, with plenty of problem-solving and room to be creative. That suits this role, which sits right across the middle of how we deliver: the service desk, project reporting, QA, and the ISO 9001 and 27001 work that keeps us honest.

It is also a role built for someone starting out. We don’t expect anyone to arrive knowing service delivery, QA, and project management. Victoria will learn all three alongside people who have done them for years, with proper training and mentorship, and decide in time where she wants to specialise. We’re proud of the careers that have started here.

She’ll happily talk to you about service delivery, quality assurance, and accreditations. She’ll be even happier to talk about books, ice hockey, and travel.
